Hi! Welcome to the Your Shape website.
I'm so excited to be a part of this ground-breaking interactive fitness program! Fitness has always been important to me and I'm thrilled to be able to help you achieve your fitness goals.
As a working mom, I know what it's like to have a million things to do every day. And I know that it's easy to rush through the day and not find any time for exercise. Plus, if you do squeeze in a half hour for exercise, how can you be sure you're getting the most out of your workout?
That's what really excites me about Your Shape. It's a fitness program that's personalized for YOU, based on your fitness level and goals. So you know you're getting the most effective workout possible. With the incredible new technology (and the first-ever camera for the Wii), Ubisoft is able to program a workout routine that will help you meet your goals, while making sure you do all the exercises correctly. There's no other fitness product that can say that!
Plus, as your workout buddy, I'll be by your side the entire time — guiding you through the exercises and making sure you're motivated and having fun.
So, even if you only have 20 minutes before you have to run to the grocery store, you can use it to help you reach your goals. And I'll be there to help you succeed. Try doing it every day and see how you feel — I guarantee you'll be happier, more confident, and ready to face your next challenge.
I can't wait to see you!

Jenny's Weekly Tips
Hundreds of tips from Jenny in the game!
- Avoid a side stitch. Instead of gulping one large drink, sip smaller amounts (4 to 8 ounces) of fluids more frequently.
- Replace your desk chair or recliner with an inflatable exercise ball. You have to engage your torso muscles to maintain your balance so you get a workout while you're sitting.
- Get active. Use the bathroom that is the farthest away. Walk inside to pay for gas. Instead of emailing a co-worker, get up and go to their office to talk.
- Shape up while you shop. Steer clear of the escalator and elevator at the mall. You'll burn 6 times more calories taking the stairs. Carrying packages boosts it to 7.
- Beat jet lag. Exercising when you reach your destination may help stave off the effects of jet lag.
